Details of Whitelabel submission to Apple

Key things to remember

  • The app has to be submitted to your clients Apple Developer Account, and cannot be submitted to your own or any 3rd party account

  • If using a personal account the client will be required to provide evidence of business ownership, and cannot simply be an employee of that business

  • An Apple developer account costs $99 USD and is payable annually directly to Apple.

  • Apple developer accounts require Two Factor Authentication

  • When providing authentication via the AppBuilder this lasts a maximum of 8 hours

Your app submission via the AppInstitute Platform is complete, on average it takes 3-5 business days before your clients App is live on the App Store.

Key thing to remember is in 99% of submissions Apple will have a query on the app, this does not mean your clients app has been rejected it means Apple require further information, such as proof of business ownership providing you have processed all the steps above our team will be notified and handle this for you.

In the event we require any additional information from yourself or your client, we contact you via email so please keep an eye out for any emails during the submission process.
